Additional ARC Weight Room Info

Our weight room is located directly across from the Lewis Ice Arena skating rink in the lower level of the ARC. 

The weight room contains an assortment of free weights and machines allowing you to exercise all major areas of the body. 

You must be at least 16 years old to use the weight room! 

To ensure patron safety, fully enclosed footwear must be worn at all times in the workout rooms.
