Cardio Room
Our cardio room is located directly across from the front desk in the upper level of the ARC. We have elliptical machines, treadmills, spin bikes, a recumbent bike, a rowing machine, and a stairmaster with spectacular views of Aspen Highlands and Pyramid Peak.
The majority of the machines have a TV screen, with cable television and pre-programmed cardio workouts to suit all your fitness needs.
You must be at least 14 years old to use the cardio room. Anyone under the age of 17 needs to sign a Code of Conduct & Behavioral policy and Youth Waiver.
Cell phone use is prohibited in the cardio room. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
To ensure patron safety, fully enclosed footwear must be worn at all times in the cardio room.
