ASPEN CITY CAMP
- LOCATION: Aspen Elementary School Cafeteria
- AGES: 5—10 years old, entering Kinder—4th grade;*Must be enrolled in a RFV school district
- COST: $54 per day
- Late Pick Up Fee: $10 cash owed for every 5 minutes late
- HOURS: 8:00 AM—5:00 PM

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Registration is per day, pre-registration required at least 48 hours in advance
- ePACT is our forms website. All waivers, consents, medical history, and immunizations must be uploaded BEFORE the child’s first day of camp
- Incomplete forms may delay children’s start date
- Proof of Roaring Fork Valley residency is required; please see the Parent Handbook for more details
- Financial assistance is available for families who qualify. Please email the Camp Supervisor for more information.
DAILY REQUIREMENTS
Each child should bring the following EVERY DAY:
- Backpack
- Water Bottle, with child’s name and closable cap
- Lunch WITH utensils *Cold lunch only, we cannot heat food
- 2 Snacks, minimum*Please pack extra snacks, children are hungry after activities
- CLOSED-TOE SHOES
- Sunscreen for self-application *Sunscreen must be LABELED with the child’s FIRST AND LAST NAME
- Proper attire for daily activities and all weather conditions (hat, raincoat, jacket, snow boots, swimsuit, towel, etc.
- Please check the daily schedule for any additional items or equipment your child may need
- Personal items such as toys, electronic devices, cell phones, money, or anything of value, etc. are NOT PERMITTED at Camp and are easily lost. Please leave them at home. We are a screen-free camp—phones, iPads, and other electronics will be taken away if brought to camp.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP
- DROP OFF: Earliest time to drop off your child is 8:00 am
- Parents/guardians will park in the main (middle school) parking lot and walk to the AES cafeteria to drop off their children
- PICK UP: To arrange early pick up, please notify Camp Supervisor
- Parents/guardians will park in the main (middle school) parking lot and walk to the AES cafeteria to pick up their children
- Parents/guardians will sign-out their children with one of the counselors on duty
- Children MUST be picked up by 5:00 pm
- If you are late in picking up your child, you will be charged a fee of $10 cash for every 5 minutes you are late, due at the time you pick up your child
GENERAL CAMP INFORMATION
Youth will participate in a state-licensed program with qualified counselors. Aspen City Camp is a State of Colorado licensed program and follows all state regulations. For camp rules and regulations, please visit https://cdhs.colorado.gov/
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to receive credit for another day. Cancellations prior to 48 hours can be made online by logging into your account, then clicking on My Account > History & Balances > Cancel A Sign Up.
Cancellations made inside 48 hours will not receive credit

COMMENTS, CONCERNS, OR COMPLAINTS
Aspen City Camp is enrolled in a childcare program that is licensed by the Colorado Department of Human Services. The license indicates that the program has met the required standards of the operation of a childcare facility. If you have not done so, please ask to see the license. We want to hear from you if you have questions or concerns about your child’s care. We will make every effort to resolve any issues or concerns you have about the program.
Complaints regarding suspected licensing violations must be reported to:
