Lissa began teaching group fitness in 2003 while she was in graduate school in NYC and hasn’t stopped since; she currently teaches Body Pump, stretch & Barre. Lissa’s definition of a great day begins with teaching-- helping her students feel strong and good about themselves and being a healthy, positive part of someone’s day. Lissa is a founding instructor of Pure Barre Aspen, and is a certified Stott Pilates, BodyPump and group fitness instructor.
