Jordan Tarr Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
Jordan holds a bachelors degree in human nutrition with a minor in exercise science from Colorado State University. He is certified as a personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist through the National Association of Sports Medicine. Jordan has always been active, and he is an avid runner, tennis player, and gym goer. He has a passion for health and wellness and emphasizes a balanced approach to health through dietary changes and exercise. His training approach prioritizes balance and proper form before increasing intensity of exercise. If he had to choose one recommendation for anyone looking to better their health it would be increasing physical activity. Once you start an exercise program the rest tends to follow. He moved to Aspen this past year and is loving how many opportunities there are, and how active everyone is. He feels right at home here.
