Trained in England, Guam and Colorado in ballet, tap, jazz, step aerobics and Body Flow – a combination of yoga, tai chi and pilates.   Angela teaches a unique combination of head to toe stretches on the mat.  Stretch is a great way to prevent injuries or to recover from them.   This is a great class to do between your other more vigorous activities, or just to have a relaxing hour on the mat.
