S3P Classic (Stability, strength, speed, Power)- in S3P, we focus on a functional full body workout, modified for any level of fitness. If you're looking for better balance, coordination, core strength, strength, speed, and power, this is the class for you! We also offer S3P Lite which is a full workout but in a cut down verison for those wanting to try the class or just needing a quick workout. S3P Powerhour is for intermediate and advance students.
