Description & Other Info

What is qigong ? It is a combination of diaphragmatic/abdominal breathing
and slow tai chi -like, repeating movements. It is a low-impact exercise that
benefits joints, balance, flexibility and strength. It is also a form of moving
meditation that improves quality of life for conditions like stress & anxiety.
