Glide Fit - New Fitness Class at ARC!
Love the pool? Want to get in shape without swimming laps? Then Glide Fit is the class for you!
This class takes place on a floating fitness mat and is an aquatic based low impact workout integrating high intensity interval training, core workouts, and
stretching. Wear workout clothes that can get wet or a bathing suit. Must be able to swim.
When: Wednesdays: 6:30 - 7:30pm at the ARC lap pool
Cost: Daily Admission to the ARC or Valid Membership
Arrive early - only 10 spots available for the class!
Aerial hoop (aka lyra) is a circular apparatus suspended from a single point. Build strength, showcase flexibility and learn to flip, turn, roll, pose, and transition between positions. Sessions begin with basic skills and conditioning and gradually progress into fluid choreographed sequences. Learn to love moving in the air and fly in your first class.
We suggest wearing long pants and bringing a long sleeved shirt to class.

Open Aerial Class
During this time Aerial Silk and Lyra are available for personal workouts and training for students working at an intermediate level or above.
Please note there is no instruction during this time and participants must meet minimum skills requirements in order to attend. Please adhere to safety guidelines, wear appropriate attire and respect others using the facility and apparatus.
